She also served on the Electrology Advisory Committee for the state of NH. The director of Health and Human Services, Nicholas A. Toumpas, appointed Joanne on July 1, 2008. She resigned in December of 2022 Members of the Committee serve in an advisory capacity to the Department of Health and Human Services and administer the practical examination to all applicants for licensure.
